Fay's Candies began in the
late 1960's when Fay Parks of Windber, Pennsylvania sold
chocolates as "Flossie's". Later she re-located
to Pleasantville, PA and continued making chocolates in
her basement and creating her own recipes. Our current
chocolate maker, Connie Weaver, learned at Fay's side,
and Fay's tradition continues today with Connie Weaver
and Kathy Allison.
